Blueberry Muffins

4 c. flour
1 c. milk
4 t. baking powder
2 t. vanilla
½ t. salt
2 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Topping
2 T. sugar
½ t. nutmeg

· Cream butter and sugar.
· Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
· Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
· Stir in blueberries. You may chop blueberries while frozen, if desired.
· Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.
· Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
