1 big box bowtie pasta
1 bottle Girard's Romano Cheese Dressing
· Marinate above over night.
1 bunch spinach, cleaned well
3 or 4 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 or 2 avocados
1 red onion
1 box blue cheese
· Right before serving, combine the above ingredients. Fold into the pasta.
