3/4 cup solid shortening (Crisco or Spry)
1/4 cup water
1 T. milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
Bring water and milk to boil and pour over shortening. Beat with hand beater until it looks like whip cream. Sift flour and salt over all at once, stir with fork until mixed and forms a ball. Divide the dough in half and roll out between wax paper. Loosen the top piece of wax paper, turn over, remove wax paper and place in pie pan. Remove second sheet of wax paper. Cook according to filling directions.
