Vanilla wafers
3/4 c. butter (room temp)
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 c. walnuts
1 lg pkg raspberry jello
1 lg pkg frozen respberries
1/2 pint whipping cream
Crush enough wafers to line bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Mix butter, posdered sugar. Beat eggs & add to butter, sugar mixture. Beat well. Spread over crumb layer. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over top.
Disolve raspberry jello in 2 c. boiling water. Add frozen raspberries plus 1 c. water. Chill until nearly set. Spread on top of nut layer.
Whip cream, sweeten, spread over jello layer. sprinkle top with vanilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12 large or 15 medium.
