7-8 large potatoes cooked, peeled, cooled and grated.
In a 9x13 greased pan mix:
1 cube butter melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion (saute)
1 pt sour cream
Pour over potatoes and mix lightly with fork. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
