1 quart of old bottled fruit, pureed or canned fruit to equal 1 quart—any kind
1 C oil
2 C sugar
4 C flour (wheat or white, or a combination of)
4 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
In mixing bowl, beat oil into fruit puree. Mix together dry ingredients; add to fruit mixture and beat until combined. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool and frost.
