No Fail Pie Crust

Mix together with fork:
4 C. flour
1 T. sugar
2 t. salt

Add and cut in until crumbly:
1 ¾ C. shortening

Beat together with fork:
½ C. water
1 T. white vinegar
1 large egg

· Mix altogether with fork.
· Chill dough for 30 minutes before rolling out.
· Bake pie shells at 425 degrees until light brown, about 8-12 minutes.
· Makes 5 crusts. Can freeze remaining crusts.
