Mexican Dip

3 medium ripe avocados
2 t. lemon juice
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
· Mix the above and set aside.

1 C. sour cream
½ C.mayonnaise
½ pkg. taco seasoning
· Mix the above in separate bowl and set aside.

2 small cans bean dip, or 1 can refried beans
Chopped green onions to taste
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 can sliced olives
Grated cheddar cheese

· Layer in this order on a plate:
Bean dip or refried beans
Avocado mix
Sour cream mix
Onions
Tomatoes
Olives
Cheese
· Refrigerate for several hours before serving with tortilla chips.
