1 large pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-up
1 can pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Mix together and refrigerate until set.
Mix 1 c. pineapple juice
½ c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 beaten egg
2 T. butter
Cook until quite thick, stirring constantly. Chill completely. Add to 1 c. whipped whipping cream. Sprinkle with coconut or grated cheese.
