Crockpot Tacos

Serves 6-8

1 chuck roast
2 red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 oz) can Mexican-style tomatoes, diced
1 cup salsa

Place all ingredients in order in a crockpot. Cook on high or about 5-6 hours. Serve with tortillas, beans, rice and cheese.
