2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. cooked diced chicken
½ t. curry powder
½ c. bread crumbs
3 cans cream of chicken soup 2 T. butter, melted
1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. cheese, grated
1 T. lemon juice
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Arrange in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder; stir well to blend. Pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
