3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
½ c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. mayo
½ c. cream, whipped
½ t. salt
1 T. chicken boullion powder
1 c. cooked rice
½ c. slivered almonds
Mix together. Serve on croissants
