Bacon and Chive Potato Salad

Boil 14 minutes or til tender:
6 c. quartered unpeeled small red potatoes

Drain. Mix together:
¾ c. mayonnaise
2 T. stone ground mustard

Add:
cooked potatoes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ c. chopped chives or green onions

Mix lightly. Refrigerate.
