Apple Pancakes and Apple Syrup

2 c. Bisquick
½ t. cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk

Mix together. Stir in ¾ c. grated apple. Cook as usual.

Mix in saucepan:
1 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
¼ t. cinnamon
¼ t. nutmeg

Add:
2 c. apple juice/cider
2 T. lemon juice

Stir over heat til thick and boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Take off heat and stir in ¼ c. butter. Serve with pancakes and sour cream. Trust me, it is so good!
