Spicy Pumpkin Pancakes

A Burr Halloween morning tradition

2 C. flour
1 ½ C. milk
2 T. sugar
1 C. canned pumpkin
4 t. baking powder
2 eggs
1 t. salt
¼ C. melted butter
1 t. cinnamon

· Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients until blended.
· Pour about ¼ C batter on griddle to make pancakes.
· Makes about 2 dozen
