Pizza Crust

1 pkg. yeast, or 1 T.
½ tsp. salt
¾ C. warm water
1 egg
2 T. sugar
2 ½ C. flour
2 T. oil

· Dissolve yeast in water.
· Stir in other ingredients, and add 1 C. flour until smooth.
· Place in oven, heated to lowest degrees, for 10 minutes.
· Lightly oil 2 pizza pans, and sprinkle with corn meal if desired.
· Stir down batter and add 1 ½ C flour, stir, and knead 3 minutes, or 2 minutes with machine. If sticky, add flour.
· Divide into 2 balls and roll out. Put in pans.
· Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min or until cooked, but not brown. Put on toppings and bake at 375 until cheese is melted and hot.
