Perfect Fudge Brownies

2 ½ sticks butter
2/3 C. plus 3 ½ T. cocoa
1 ½ C. plus 2 T. flour
½ t. baking powder
1 t. salt
4 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla
¾ C. chopped nuts

· Melt butter
· Add sugar to eggs.
· Add vanilla and butter.
· Stir in dry ingredients.
· Add nuts.
· Pour into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
