Peanut Butter Fingers

¾ C. butter
¾ C. peanut butter
¾ C. sugar
¾ t. soda
¾ C. brown sugar
½ t. salt
1 egg
1 ½ t. vanilla

· Mix well and stir in:

1 ½ C. flour
1 ½ C. rolled oats

· Spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees or until just brown. Cool.
· Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on top. Then, ice with chocolate frosting.
