Lisa Condie's Cinnamon Rolls

2 pkgs. yeast or 2 Tbls.
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbls. sugar
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar until it becomes foamy.
1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
3/4 cup warm water
4 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar minus 1 Tbls.
3 eggs--beaten, room temperature
2 tsp. salt
Mix butter, water, sugar, eggs, salt and flour and yeast. Raise bread in bowl until doubled in size approximately 2 hours. Punch down and roll in to rectangle shape 3/8' thick. Spread with butter over rectangle. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 Tbls. cinnamon. (you may not need all of it, or you may want to use more depending on how you like it. This is what Jennifer uses and it is very tasty.) Cut into rolls and place in greased pan. Let rise for 40 minutes. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or golden brown. Remove from oven. Frost rolls with cream cheese frosting when rolls have cooled. May also frost with vanilla butter frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1-8 oz. brick of cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream the butter and cream cheese together. Add vanilla, milk and sugar. Mix until well blended.
