Cindy’s Salad

Dressing:
¾ c. sugar
½ t. salt
3 t. dry mustard
¾ c. vinegar
½ c. oil
1 T. poppy seeds
1 white onion, sliced

· Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

Salad:
Lettuce
Spinach
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. swiss cheese, grated
1 lb crumbled bacon or bacon bits
Mushrooms
